We are strong believers in the benefit of long-term ownership and strategy. Unlike other “buy and flip” investors with short-term horizons, we bring long-term capital and manage our businesses with patience and discipline.
We appreciate that the sale of one’s business is a momentous decision, hence strive for solutions that provide positive outcomes for all stakeholders. Our transparency, flexibility, creativity, and patience enable us to address issues that often arise with ownership transitions of closely-held businesses.
We are active, every day owners of the businesses that we acquire. We focus on proximate businesses to allow for hands-on ownership. As owners, we develop relationships with our employees, customers, suppliers, and other partners.
The Midwest is in our blood and we see a great opportunity here. We appreciate the midwestern values of hard work, integrity, and transparency. We seek to strengthen, engage, and support our local communities and workforce.
